Tell Hunchwell how you feel. It helps find what's behind it.

Hunchwell is an AI agent that keeps your symptom diary for you. Say what you ate, did and felt in under 20 seconds. It writes the log, looks for what may be linked and suggests small things to try. You stay in charge of what is saved.

Illustrative example

“Had oats and coffee, then a headache at 3 pm.”

Hunchwell Got it. Here is what I heard. Does it look right?

  • FoodOats, coffee
  • SymptomHeadache, 3 PM

Nothing saves until you check it.

Looks right

Three steps. Under 20 seconds each time.

  1. Say what you ate, did or felt. Typing goes through the same steps, so it works in public places too.

  2. It sorts your words into foods, symptoms and activities, then shows you what it heard. Nothing is saved until you tap “Looks right”.

  3. Hunchwell keeps watch across days and weeks. Every pattern comes with its evidence and how sure it is. You decide what to try.

Illustrative exampleIllustrative example of the Hunchwell app. You say: “Two slices of toast with butter around eight. Now I feel really bloated, maybe five out of ten.” Hunchwell shows what it heard: toast with butter at 8:00 AM, and bloating at 5 out of 10. It saves the entry when you tap “Looks right”. A week later, it notes a possible pattern: bloating after 4 of the last 5 meals with bread.

Hunchwell I noticed a possible pattern

Your bloating this morning may be related to the bread you ate at breakfast.

Seen 4 of the last 5 times

Patterns you can check for yourself.

  • It shows you how often. Hunchwell tells you how many times something happened, like “Seen 4 of the last 5 times”. No mystery scores.
  • It suggests. It never diagnoses. “May be related”, “possibly linked”, “worth asking your doctor”.
  • Built for doctor visits. Export a report and lab trends to bring to the appointment.

Hunchwell does the busywork.

You talk. It listens, sorts, remembers, looks for links and gets your history ready for the doctor. It suggests. You confirm.

  • It listens

Say what you ate, did and felt in under 20 seconds. Typing goes through the same steps, so you can log in a waiting room or on a train.

Voice needs a network. Manual entry also works offline and syncs later.

  • It checks with you

It sorts your words into foods, symptoms and activities, then shows you its work. Nothing is saved until you tap “Looks right”.

  • It reads your meal photos

Snap a plate and it lists what it sees. It says “Not detected in the photo”, and it never calls a meal allergen-free.

You confirm the result. Photos are deleted after you confirm, unless you keep them.

  • It looks for links

It points out possible links and shows how often each one happened, like “seen 4 of the last 5 times”. The wording stays careful: “may be related”, never a diagnosis.

  • It writes your daily readout

Each day it writes you a short summary: what you logged, what stood out and what may be worth a closer look.

  • It reads your lab reports

Photograph a lab report and it pulls out the values for you to confirm. Then see how a number moves from one test to the next.

Once the values are read, the lab file is deleted. Hunchwell never keeps it.

  • It prepares your doctor report

It puts your history and lab trends into a PDF to bring to the appointment. You decide what to ask your doctor.

  • It connects your health data

It brings in sleep and activity from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android, and sets them next to how you say you feel.

  • Headaches and migrainesLook at sleep, food and stress together.
  • Chronic conditionsTrack symptoms over months and bring the history to a doctor.

  • Wearable ownersConnect device data to how you actually feel.

Your health data stays yours.

Here is what happens to what you share. Nothing is saved until you check it and tap “Looks right”.
